Capri & Anacapri tour

CAPRI & ANACAPRI

A day devoted entirely to the visit of Capri: natural beauty, scenic, historical, and social activities that involve the whole world.

Pickup at the meeting point, then continue to the port of Sorrento and board a fast, comfortable speedboat for a fascinating journey. Admire the Sorrento Peninsula all the way to the confluence of the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno (Punta Campanella). After approximately 20 minutes of sailing, you'll arrive at Marina Grande, the island's small port that has retained its charm despite the passage of time. After disembarking, you can take a minibus to Anacapri, above Capri, as the Greeks called it. This splendid village, now a city in its own right, is an integral part of the island. Inhabited since Roman times, as evidenced by the numerous ruins, Anacapri enjoyed its heyday between the 19th and 20th centuries, when it became a sought-after retreat for artists from all over Europe who came to spend a relaxing holiday and find inspiration.

PROGRAM:

Meet your authorized guide and board the speedboat to Capri. Once on the island, take a minibus with your guide to Anacapri, located on the upper part of the island. After a guided tour of Villa San Michele, home to the famous Swedish physician Axel Munthe, you'll have some free time. The second stop on the tour will be Capri. Stroll along the famous Via Camerelle to the Garden of Augustus. Stop in the famous Piazza and enjoy some free time. Return to Sorrento by hydrofoil around 4:30 PM.
