The class begins with an engaging explanation of the traditional gelato-making process. Participants will then be directly involved in the preparation:

After the preparation, it's time to enjoy the result! Guests will taste the freshly made gelato and prepare their own cone. Next, we'll create a delicious chocolate gelato together, discovering the techniques that make it rich and perfectly balanced. During the class, we'll also explain how to make authentic homemade gelato, and each participant will receive recipes for creating a variety of flavors. To conclude the experience, each guest will enjoy another cone with two flavors of their choice from our selection of 60 different flavors.
