Come to our laboratory and discover the desserts of the Sorrento tradition.

Learn how to prepare traditional desserts using family recipes passed down from our grandmothers, made with local ingredients and love.

TUESDAY 4:30 PM - Duration: 2 hours

An authentic experience to connect with genuine flavors and the culture of our land. During the course, we will cover:

  • An explanation  of how to prepare traditional homemade Limoncello  and Artisanal Jams
  • The secrets of perfect Shortcrust Pastry, with the preparation of Tarts and assorted Cookies
  • The amazing Delizia al Limone
  • The great classic Tiramisù

You will be actively involved in every stage of the preparation, enjoying a pleasant afternoon filled with sharing, aromas, and tradition, stories, and true Italian hospitality. A delicious and memorable experience to take home a real taste of Sorrento, while learning how to create the sweet specialties of our region.

At the end of the experience, you will take home a package with the desserts prepared during the course. A special opportunity to learn, have fun, and to touch the true taste of Southern Italy.
